Trauma Parts Modality is the collaborative work of David Adamusko and Lauren Mehr. TPT consists of cutting edge therapy modalities mixed with our own skill-set and personalities. We pride ourselves on "bringing to life" the therapy experience that is powerful, real, compassionate and dare we say fun, at times. We truly love what we do and enjoy working with clients and clinicians looking for something better in life and in therapy. We also offer training in experiential techniques for professionals that share the same passion and dedication for clinical development.

DAVID ADAMUSKO
Marriage and Family Therapist
David is a self proclaimed "Attachment Nerd" and developed a passion for the theory and clinical application in graduate school at Brigham Young University. Professionally this passion has led to a drive to integrate trauma, neuroscience and the body into his therapy practice, and has extensive training in Internal Family Systems. David has learned to turn his clinical skills into action while working at Breakthrough at Caron.
LAUREN MEHR
Certified Clinical Trauma Therapist
Lauren considers herself a "Trauma Nerd" and has sought extensive training in that area from various experts in the field. She has training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, trauma informed psychodrama, DBT and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Professionally, Lauren's passion for trauma treatment led her to combining neuroscience, somatic and experiential techniques in her work with clients. Lauren has worked for two renowned experiential workshop programs, previously at Breakthrough at Caron and currently at The Meadows.
